Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read it carefully before placing an order on our website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Shipping Policy, which should be read along with our Terms and Conditions.
1. When will my order be shipped?
✔ Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed and handed over to the courier partner on the same day.
✔ Orders placed after 11:00 AM are processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email + SMS with the tracking details.
2. When can I expect my delivery?
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
- Deliveries to remote or special service areas may take up to 10 business days.
- We aim to deliver as soon as possible, and most metro city orders are delivered faster.
3. How do I track my order?
You will receive an SMS & email with a tracking link after your order is dispatched.
You may also track your shipment anytime using the link below:
Simply enter your AWB number / tracking ID on the courier's tracking page.
4. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through multiple trusted delivery partners via Shiprocket, including:
- Delhivery
- Ecom Express
- BlueDart
- Xpressbees
- DTDC & More
Couriers are auto-assigned based on your pin code to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
5. What are the shipping charges?
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have a small COD handling fee (as per our brand policy, if applicable).
6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We currently deliver only within India.
7. What happens if my order is delayed?
If there is an unexpected delay in delivery:
- You will be notified via email/SMS.
- Our team will share a revised delivery timeline.
- If your package has not moved for 48–72 hours in tracking, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner on priority.
8. My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received the package.
Don’t worry – this can sometimes happen due to courier status updates.
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of the status showing "Delivered", along with your Order ID. We will:
- Verify the delivery status with the courier partner.
- Raise a ticket with the courier and assist you with the resolution.
9. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
- Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your updated address details.
- Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.
