Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The product was damaged during shipment or transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered
Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A continuous uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories
Please Note:
Product colour, size, and visual details may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, and manual measurements. These variations do not qualify as defects.
Process
Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product
Our team will verify your claim
If approved, a pickup will be arranged from our end
Important:
If the product is found defect-free or damaged due to misuse, the customer will bear 50% of the shipping charges.
Exclusions
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted if:
- Raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The issue is caused by electrical surge, water damage, or misuse
- The product is defect-free but the customer is unhappy with subjective aspects (e.g., sound preference)
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after QC approval
- If the same product is available, a replacement will be sent; otherwise, a refund will be issued
Company Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- There is a pricing error on our website
- The product goes out of stock
A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled if the product has not been shipped
- A full refund will be issued
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- If cancellation is requested post-dispatch, refund will be issued after deducting logistics/shipping charges
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation
