Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The product was damaged during shipment or transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered
Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A continuous uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories

Important Note:
If the product is found to be defect-free or the issue is due to misuse, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
Exclusions
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted if:
- Raised after 24 hours of delivery
- The issue is caused by electrical surge, water damage, or misuse
- The product is defect-free but the customer is unhappy with subjective aspects (e.g., sound quality preference)
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method after the returned item passes Quality Check (QC)
- If the same product is available, we will send a replacement; otherwise, a refund will be issued
Company Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- There is a pricing error on our website
- The product goes out of stock
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

- Orders can be cancelled if the product has not been shipped

After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, the refund will be issued after deducting logistics/shipping charges
